SINGHOFEN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. (SAI) was established in 1983 for the sole purpose of providing personalized state-of-the-art consulting in the water resources and stormwater management fields of civil engineering. SAI also has extensive experience designing and permitting the civil infrastructure for residential, commercial, and public projects. The firm is committed to maintaining a high level of availability and responsiveness to our clients. SAI is responsible for the civil design of the 1,600-acre Town Center at Palm Coast Master Development Plan as well as a number of other projects in Palm Coast and across the Central Florida area.

The core of SAI's professional staff is comprised of Robert Gaylord, P.E. and Mark Troilo, P.E., who have been working together at SAI on stormwater management projects for 20 years, and Kent Boulicault, P.E., who joined SAI over seven years ago. Each of these individuals is a principal of the firm and each has extensive experience in stormwater management projects. Our core of professionals is supported by fourteen other individuals including five staff engineers, one GIS specialist, four engineering technicians, and four administration staff personnel.
